Are your blind boxes authentic? Yes, 100%! We know the "fake" market is a worry for collectors. Every item at Cute Collectables NZ is a genuine, licensed product sourced from official distributors like Kikagoods. We never sell replicas or "unbranded" versions.
What is a "Confirmed" Box? A confirmed box is one where the character has been identified by opening the box and bag, usually only for advertising purposes, the item is returned to the box in its original packaging before being sold. They are in new condition. It’s the perfect way to get the specific character you want without the gamble!
### Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship from? We are proudly based in New Zealand, which means no long international wait times! We ship nationwide so you can get your cute finds as quickly as possible.
Can I return a blind box if I don't like the character I got? Part of the magic of blind boxes is the surprise! Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on blind boxes once the outer seal or box has been opened. If an item is physically damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

Are these figures suitable for children? While they are incredibly cute, most blind box figures (like Baby Three or Nommi) are designed as collectible art toys and may contain small parts. We generally recommend them for ages 15+ or for display purposes.
