Refund policy

All our products have been checked to ensure they are genuine and to the best of our knowledge not damaged in transit. 

Cute Collectables NZ do not recognize minor variations as faulty. These variations include small dents, scuffs, tears or creases to the box, as well as minor paint or colour deviations on the figure.

Cute Collectables NZ will not accept returns (either replacement or refund) for these minor variations across any products. Our rationale for this policy is that the products are still fit for their intended purpose.

Items that have obvious damage from transit, or major manufacturing defects, will be accepted for return with our apologies. If you think your item fits these criteria, or you’d like our opinion, please contact us directly.
